okay, my first comment was kind of a grammatical failure, so redone :-D
The pistol holster looks kinda small. and if that is an shooting pose, his body is much too high, as well as he does not hold the weapon in his shoulder (or on his chest rigg). Makes it difficult to shoot. But if he is surveilling the enemy, that would be a good pose.
